Our abatement and remediation services have been honed in thousands of commercial, industrial, and property management projects over the years. So you can be sure we have the qualifications, the experience, and the know-how to ….
a) provide safe, efficient containment, removal and disposal of contaminants,
b) properly clean affected sites, and
c) comply with all industry standards and regulations.

For close to a quarter century, our focus as an environmental contractor in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan has been on airborne hazards. The most common of these are asbestos, lead, and mold. They’re also called inhalation hazards because their primary pathway into our bodies is through our lungs.

The reason we focus on asbestos, lead, and mold is that the work practices and engineering controls to deal with each are very similar.

Asbestos and lead are heavily regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Both entities have established specific rules and regulations dictating what work practices and engineering controls are required for either material being abated.

Mold, on the other hand, is seldom regulated – or not as stringently. For that reason alone, finding qualified contractors who know how to handle it can be difficult.

As we said, though, that’s been one of the contaminants we’ve focused on for decades. Mold remediation is a specialty of ours. We work with the consultant and the customer to minimize disruption to the customer’s home or place of business throughout the remediation process. In many cases, contractors prefer taking the easier route, setting up their work area and removing all of the drywall, ceiling tile, and other such materials. We operate differently, making every effort to remove only what’s necessary and still not risk leaving any mold behind.
